چکیده

A person was convicted of manslaughter on a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and he appealed to the supreme court. After the accident out of which the charge of manslaughter arose, the defendant remained unconscious for about 48 hours. While unconscious he was arrested and taken into custody by the police and treated for his injuries. At the request of the police a sample of blood was taken for determining its alcoholic content which was reported
